Helpful Staff Made My Stay Comfortable

During my stay, the staff were very attentive and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. The room I stayed in was cozy and clean, which added to the overall pleasant experience. However, the bathroom could use some improvements in maintenance to enhance the comfort.

Despite a friendly staff, the experience was marred by several issues. The air conditioner malfunctioned, causing parts to fall off, and my brother's room had a non-functional toilet, requiring him to use mine. Additionally, breakfast was not available as expected, which left us disappointed. However, I appreciated the convenience of having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

The staff were super nice and really made a difference during my stay! 👍 Unfortunately, the bathroom could use better maintenance, as it looked a bit shabby and was less than clean.

It took too long for the water to get warm!!! The bathroom felt unfinished and had peeling paint!!! Also, the pool and hot tub were unavailable during my stay!!!

Request a room on the upper floors for a quieter stay, as they noticeably reduce noise from the surroundings.

The staff was fantastic! Abel at the front desk really went above and beyond to. Like, he was super understanding with my moving situation, which let me focus on the important stuff instead of worrying about the hotel. And the breakfast? Waffles eggs bagels and the freshest coffee you could ask for, it was a complete game-changer for the kids.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the service and amenities, it was acceptable.
